The staff is welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The interior is chic and inviting. The amuse-bouche was excellent, and the cocktails were truly delicious. The food is superb, full of flavor, and beautifully presented.
We also had the opportunity to discover different vanilla beans presented by a passionate individual—an interesting and enjoyable moment.
A lovely evening.
We highly recommend this restaurant!

18/03/2026: This restaurant is a gem in Draguignan 🤌! Italian perfection 🇮🇹. The dishes are delicious, fresh, and generous. The waiter was really friendly and very competent: he was working alone with two full dining rooms. My husband, daughters, and I will be back to try the rest of the menu and also to order pizzas to go. Bravo 👏 to the chef, whom we only caught a glimpse of briefly because it was busy. They handled the entire celebration, which took place at Château Sainte-Croix, and everyone was delighted. Congratulations! We highly recommend them and wish the restaurant were a bit further from where we live, as we would have liked to dine there more often.
07/03/2026: A great find for us tonight! Nice musical atmosphere, welcoming atmosphere, service – nothing to complain about.
But the food, wow, it was excellent! Perhaps, but really, just to find something to criticize, it was slightly salty but very well executed. We'll definitely be back!

22/03/2026: Mixed feelings... I'd say: come for the excellent cocktails and pizzas, but be warned, the service is very slow. My brother-in-law and I ordered the same dish and were quite disappointed: the meat was cold (we didn't send it back because we were out of time). The presentation was on par with a cafeteria worker who's been watching Top Chef. Small portion. Watery sauce. Ratatouille with raisins (it was okay, but it wasn't really ratatouille). Fresh pasta, but the Mutti sauce was undercooked. Not up to standard.
The atmosphere and service, however, were friendly.

06/09/2025: Very disappointed! The dough looks like cardboard. Rubber cheese on the honey goat cheese. Half-burnt pizza. Even though they are made in minutes, it tasted like a pizza reheated the next day... and even then... it's better the next day. I won't be going back.
30/08/2025: We ordered a Norwegian pizza. Very disappointed: there was no salmon and too much cheese.
Was there a mistake or a mix-up?
We booked based on the positive reviews!

21/03/2026: I came to L’Orient Express on March 20, 2026. I arrived at 8 PM. The chef took my order, and I waited for an hour without being served. Customers who arrived after me were served before me. It's ridiculous! They really need to rethink the restaurant's organization. In short, after an hour of waiting, unbearable noise, and screaming children, I left to eat elsewhere. You ruined my evening. I absolutely do not recommend this place.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
