We have already eaten in good restaurants in Valencia, but here we are at a level even higher: "classy" service although relaxed without being intrusive, high quality cuisine, inventive and without false note, airy room with sufficient space between each table... Only perfect, and only one desire for the future: to come back! Well done to the whole team!

Overall I had a good time. In terms of cuisine, both the main course and the starter were good, but very disappointed with the desserts. The atmosphere was okay. On the other hand, much too hot but the soundproofing was excellent.

A warm welcome, calm and pleasant ambiance. Friendly, traditional and efficient service. Super, well cooked, beautifully presented food at every course - and sensible portion sizes. Although choice is limited it wasn’t a problem. A decent wine list, particularly strong on wines from the Rhone valley , as expected in Valence. What’s more it was remarkable value for money. Absolutely top notch. Our second visit, certainly not the last.

Excellente expérience gastronomique, une très belle découverte. Un sans faute de la mise en bouche jusqu’au dessert, les plats s’enchaînent merveilleusement bien. Le service est impeccable nous avons eu le plaisir d’avoir à nos petits soins une jeunesse vraiment attentionné et applique dans leur travail. Le tout dans une ambiance cosy et raffiné pour notre plus grand plaisir. Encore un grand merci à toute l’équipe du Don Camillo.

La Cachette

20/01/2026: We had a wonderful time at La Cachette. The restaurant is modern, the dining room is comfortable, and there's a subtle Japanese influence in its clean, minimalist design. As one would expect from a Michelin-starred establishment, the cuisine is full of surprises and attention to detail, enhancing the overall experience. We particularly enjoyed the seafood, which was showcased beautifully. One minor drawback: it's a shame the glasses aren't changed between wine tastings (not between the two white wines, but between the white and red wines, to be precise!). The service was attentive and uncomplicated in the best sense of the word.
19/01/2026: It was a wonderful discovery. We let Sébastien guide us in choosing the wines. Excellent.
