We have already eaten in good restaurants in Valencia, but here we are at a level even higher: "classy" service although relaxed without being intrusive, high quality cuisine, inventive and without false note, airy room with sufficient space between each table... Only perfect, and only one desire for the future: to come back! Well done to the whole team!

Overall I had a good time. In terms of cuisine, both the main course and the starter were good, but very disappointed with the desserts. The atmosphere was okay. On the other hand, much too hot but the soundproofing was excellent.

A warm welcome, calm and pleasant ambiance. Friendly, traditional and efficient service. Super, well cooked, beautifully presented food at every course - and sensible portion sizes. Although choice is limited it wasn’t a problem. A decent wine list, particularly strong on wines from the Rhone valley , as expected in Valence. What’s more it was remarkable value for money. Absolutely top notch. Our second visit, certainly not the last.

Excellente expérience gastronomique, une très belle découverte. Un sans faute de la mise en bouche jusqu’au dessert, les plats s’enchaînent merveilleusement bien. Le service est impeccable nous avons eu le plaisir d’avoir à nos petits soins une jeunesse vraiment attentionné et applique dans leur travail. Le tout dans une ambiance cosy et raffiné pour notre plus grand plaisir. Encore un grand merci à toute l’équipe du Don Camillo.

03/07/2024: Maison Pic, steeped in history and boasting three generations of culinary excellence, truly deserves its Michelin three stars. The 10-course meal was outstanding, with some dishes standing out more than others, but none disappointing. The service was impeccable, enhancing the overall experience. The restaurant accommodates around 20 tables, with most guests starting their meals around 7:30 PM. This synchronized service means that meals typically last about four hours, allowing the restaurant to cater to all tables simultaneously. Breakfast at Maison Pic is also exceptional, maintaining the high standards set by the dinner service.

Produits de qualité, ça n’est pas une, surprise, des explosions de saveur en bouche, subtiles et intenses, des associations surprenantes t’elle cette glace au Brie de Meaux. Les mets sont rechaussés...

31/08/2024: Japanese-inspired cuisine, and for good reason, the chef is Japanese. Subtle and refined cuisine, beautifully presented. Little choice on the menu but it is pleasant to let yourself be guided without being overwhelmed by the choice. Fast service without being rushing. Cozy and cozy atmosphere where you can hear each other chat without difficulty. An address to discover!
