Always enjoy going to a Michelin Star place. Very cool to have one in a village as small as La Tania. Easy to get a table, although it was full.
The food is a local story, and by all means, it is really good. There are multiple options of course numbers. However, what significantly spoils the pleasure, sadly, is a very slow turnover. Although tables around us were booked at different times, the same courses seemed to come at the same time. If you had more courses, the other table would be waiting until the same next course is served.
The dinner took more than 3 hrs - for a 6 course meal, way too long.

We had an exceptional time at Le Farçon in La Tania. The dishes were delicious, beautifully prepared, and bursting with flavor. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients and the culinary expertise.
The service was also very pleasant: the team is welcoming, professional, and immediately puts you at ease. The restaurant has a warm and inviting atmosphere.
It was a superb gastronomic experience that I wholeheartedly recommend. We ate very well and had a wonderful evening. We will gladly return!

A beautiful, quiet restaurant with excellent food. The service is exactly as one would wish and expect. Water and wine are constantly refilled. The dishes are explained in detail, allowing you to savor the culinary journey at a pleasant pace. While the food isn't inexpensive, the value for money is more than fair and justified. We will definitely return on our next visit to the area.

Superb cuisine, with unexpected, yet absolutely fantastically delicious combinations!
A riot of taste and sensation!
Excellent service, everything is done at the right time and with great dignity.
A very pleasant, calming atmosphere, allowing you to enjoy the food and its presentation.
I was especially delighted by the opportunity to enjoy lunch while skiing. Yes, this is very unusual for an establishment of this caliber, but it's so convenient and pleasant!
In my humble opinion, this restaurant and its cuisine deserve two stars.
I highly recommend visiting!
