The chef and his entire team delighted us once again. The menu pleasantly surprised us with its bold choices, bold flavors, and meticulous attention to detail. We highly recommend this Michelin-starred establishment, which never rests on its laurels. See you soon.

A Michelin star isn't given out for nothing. Superb cuisine, with unexpected, yet absolutely fantastically delicious combinations! A riot of taste and sensation! Excellent service, everything is done at the right time and with great dignity. A very pleasant, calming atmosphere, allowing you to enjoy the food and its presentation. I was especially delighted by the opportunity to enjoy lunch while skiing. Yes, this is very unusual for an establishment of this caliber, but it's so convenient and pleasant! In my humble opinion, this restaurant and its cuisine deserve two stars. I highly recommend visiting!

As always, the cuisine is excellent and refined. The setting is pleasant and the service friendly. The seven-course menu is perfect, well-balanced, and light. We come once or twice a year, and it's always a pleasure. A special mention goes to the salad served in a ramekin with lettuce at the bottom and a very smooth and light spinach and cabbage mousse on top. We will certainly return. In fact, we did return, and it was just as wonderful. Only the welcome could be warmer and more empathetic.

Disappointed by Le Farcon tonight. The welcome was anything but warm. The chef in the kitchen seemed unhappy. And when leaving, there was no help with my coat, no one to open the door, and not even a kind word. The dessert was very average: shortcrust pastry and kiwi. We've had better at Le Farcon. Sorry to say so.

24/02/2026: A really nice place! We enjoyed all the different dishes we ordered. The fries were crispy and the veal was excellent. The price is reasonable for a sit-down restaurant (though the beers...). Anyway, I recommend stopping by, especially on a sunny day!
