Your boundless imagination, your constantly renewed creativity, and your pursuit of excellence make each dish a work of art that delights both the eyes and the palate. I would also like to commend your entire staff, who reflect your own character: welcoming, attentive, smiling, and highly professional. This harmony between the cuisine and the service creates a warm and refined atmosphere that makes one want to return again and again. This is, for me, the best 1-Michelin-starred restaurant I've ever been to. I found everything excellent, especially the pork and the trompe-l'œil salad. The service is equally good, and the setting is lovely. The wine list is also interesting. It's not cheap, but the location and the overall quality make it well worth the price in my opinion. Just one minor point: some of the wine glasses had a musty rag smell (and I wasn't the only one at my table who thought so). However, it wasn't on all the glasses, so it's a small issue to address and check again.

What a pleasure to experience such a culinary adventure! Thank you for allowing us to experience these moments of sensory awakening through creative cuisine, bursting with flavors, textures, and local ingredients... all within a relaxed setting, with attentive service and a welcoming atmosphere. Bravo to the entire team you can see working in this "open" kitchen; in every sense of the word!

We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch at Farçon; everything was just right, precise, and surprising without being over the top, with a local focus that struck us as both interesting and genuine. A truly wonderful experience; I highly recommend it.

Always enjoy going to a Michelin Star place. Very cool to have one in a village as small as La Tania. Easy to get a table, although it was full. The food is a local story, and by all means, it is really good. There are multiple options of course numbers. However, what significantly spoils the pleasure, sadly, is a very slow turnover. Although tables around us were booked at different times, the same courses seemed to come at the same time. If you had more courses, the other table would be waiting until the same next course is served. The dinner took more than 3 hrs - for a 6 course meal, way too long.

We had an exceptional time at Le Farçon in La Tania. The dishes were delicious, beautifully prepared, and bursting with flavor. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients and the culinary expertise. The service was also very pleasant: the team is welcoming, professional, and immediately puts you at ease. The restaurant has a warm and inviting atmosphere. It was a superb gastronomic experience that I wholeheartedly recommend. We ate very well and had a wonderful evening. We will gladly return!

A truly wonderful experience at this gourmet restaurant in Courchevel. The dishes are refined, the ingredients of high quality, and the flavors perfectly balanced. The service is attentive and the setting very pleasant. I highly recommend this place for a truly excellent meal.

A beautiful, quiet restaurant with excellent food. The service is exactly as one would wish and expect. Water and wine are constantly refilled. The dishes are explained in detail, allowing you to savor the culinary journey at a pleasant pace. While the food isn't inexpensive, the value for money is more than fair and justified. We will definitely return on our next visit to the area.
