How long does it take to rent skis (I arrive at 10am and have an appointment at 10:30am) at La Boule de Neige for lessons? Is it possible to be on time?

A very pleasant team. The equipment was top-notch, comfortable boots and excellent quality skis. I highly recommend them, all for a reasonable price.

Excellent, serious and professional ski establishment. The equipment is of very good quality, perfectly maintained and adapted to all levels. The staff is friendly, skilled and gives good advice. The service is fast and smooth, there are no unpleasant surprises when returning. A reliable address that I definitely recommend.

22/08/2026: A superb discovery! Our last night on our 2026 leg of the GR10, a hotel-restaurant like they used to make. Admittedly, the rooms are a bit dated, but sometimes that's what makes them special! An authentic setting, an authentic owner, authentic cuisine. The food is worthy of a master chef, the service is top-notch, everything is done to satisfy the customer, even if you don't ask for much. We will definitely be back to eat or stay.
17/08/2026: Absolutely blown away by the welcome, the quality of the food, the impeccable condition of the rooms...Bravo, truly!! Hotel l’Amoulat is going to become a must-stay!

Hôtel Restaurant Richelieu

17/05/2026: How can I put it… A typical biker hotel/rest stop in the region, full of charm and authenticity. The welcome is warm and friendly. The food is breathtaking: excellent, generous, and very hearty dishes. A truly wonderful place that I recommend without hesitation!
11/03/2026: I loved this hotel; it's a beautiful, very old building. The decor is rustic in the bar and dining room (and I mean that as a compliment!). There's a grand, majestic staircase leading to the rooms (there's also an elevator). In the rooms: large antique doors, large windows, etc... You feel transported back in time. We were lucky enough to get a room with a bathtub, which was incredibly pleasant after a day of skiing. It's also lovely to have an aperitif or tea in the hotel bar, or to enjoy a meal in the restaurant in the evening, which serves local dishes; the menu is very generous. The breakfast is very generous for the price; there's a wide variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel, which I think offers excellent value for money. The owners are very friendly. We will definitely be back.
