04/04/2024: Professional and courteous service after a night of travel. Vincent and Quentin are who I am referring to, great service. Love this hotel, and Brasserie!
02/04/2024: The place is very nice. Quentin at the breakfast was very kind and helpful. He brought us food even when the restaurant was closed for breakfast.

23/09/2023: For the 5th time we have come to eat in this restaurant, and we are still not disappointed! The cuisine is excellent and there is something for everyone. The service is impeccable. This restaurant fully deserves 5 stars.
