There were three of us for lunch, with an hour to eat. We were served our main course and dessert within that short timeframe, with attentive and professional service. Both the main course and dessert were delicious. The only downside was the mojito, which was ultimately too sweet and didn't live up to the rest of the meal. We would gladly return.

The food was very good, but the service didn't live up to the quality of the dishes (and they ran out of food at 12:15 - or the menu wasn't up to date). A shame...

23/10/2025: This was my first visit to Maison Pradier and Elisabeth made the experience truly enjoyable. Very professional, welcoming and attentive, she guided me with patience (I am demanding) and sound advice. I left completely satisfied and won over.
20/10/2025: Hello, I was welcomed by Claudia at the Pradier RER station in La Défense. A wonderful, warm and luxurious welcome. I am extremely satisfied with my customer experience. The quality of the products is fresh and tasty. Madame Claudia is at her best, worthy of a Pierre Hermé establishment, and the longevity is impeccable. I recommend it 100%.
