What a shame, the setting is perfect, the welcome is warm and friendly, and the service is efficient. But the food wasn't up to par. Despite a great sauce, the mussels were bad—overcooked, undercooked, or both. The "sun-kissed vegetable salad" was neither salad greens nor sun-kissed, but it did contain cabbage. But the setting is lovely, and we had a good time, even if it wasn't great.

Traditional family-style cooking, a friendly and humorous couple who own the place, and whose parents are undoubtedly just as kind and charming. Everything is fresh and homemade, like the excellent double-cooked fries (very generous portion), and the XXL-sized mussels marinière at a very reasonable price. The Caesar salad is made to perfection. We asked for more mayonnaise three times because it was so good and, of course, homemade. If you're in Propriano, you absolutely must eat here.

A wonderful experience, repeated several times during the week.
We go to restaurants to eat well, of course, but also to have a good time: relaxed, pleasant, and if possible, with that "little something extra"... At Festival, we were delighted!
First of all, there's no doubt that a true chef is in the kitchen, and it would be a shame not to trust him when you order your meal! Different flavors, a deceptive simplicity perfectly mastered... Bravo!
The owner, for his part, is so attentive to his customers and the dining room, and so kind, with the sole aim of making us happy, that the simple "meal" became a true "escape."
A spirit from another era, sadly somewhat forgotten, lingers here... and it's wonderful!
