Excellent burger, perhaps the best I've ever had. Simple, but the bread and meat were top-notch. I'd go back for that alone.

A superb experience at this restaurant.
From the welcome to the service, including the excellent quality of the food, everything was perfect.
Special mention to Roxanne for her professionalism, but the entire team is fantastic.
In my opinion, the best restaurant in Propriano.

We visited several times during our stay in Propriano and always ordered takeout from L’Ambata. The welcome was absolutely delightful; the entire team was smiling, warm, and attentive. The food was excellent, with high-quality ingredients, generous portions, and always beautifully prepared. It was a real pleasure to return each time. We recommend this place without hesitation. Thank you again for your kindness and professionalism!

What a wonderful place! The team is lovely, and Nicolas is a fantastic owner (thank you for making our surprise visit even remotely so special). The food is excellent, the lamb shank was divine, and the fish soup was superb. It was so good that we went back the next day to try the pizzas: the pistachio and the scallops—a real treat! The portions are generous for a very reasonable price. Wishing the team a great season, and we'll definitely be back next year!
