Le Fin Gourmet sur Parthenay

The gourmet restaurant lives up to its name. The cuisine is worthy of a Michelin-starred chef, full of flavor, balanced, yet light. I usually struggle with dessert, but this was truly excellent, and the price was reasonable for an aperitif, starter, main course, cheese, dessert, and wine. Plus, they welcomed my dog, who was very well-behaved. Thank you for a lovely experience.

We came last week (Saturday evening: FAMILLE GOUSSU) with my husband, our daughter, and her friend. We had a wonderful time. Everything was delicious from start to finish! The food was top-notch. Mr. GUILBAULT delighted us with exquisite and refined dishes throughout, all in a friendly atmosphere. And the cheese platter!!! Mmm, my taste buds are still savoring it! It's a shame we live 3.5 hours away, because this would have become our go-to Saturday night restaurant. Go without hesitation! I highly recommend it!
