We had a wonderful time celebrating our youngest's 18th birthday with my children. The langoustine ravioli were delicious, as was the pressed beef cheek; everything was excellent. Special mention goes to the superb chanterelle mushrooms. Thank you, Chef!

We had an exceptionally good meal at this modern yet cozy restaurant. The service was very friendly and attentive. The menu is small in the evening, offering two options each for appetizers, main courses, and desserts. The set menu costs €45; adding cheese and dessert incurs an extra charge. The flavors of the dishes harmonized perfectly! Reservations are highly recommended. We will definitely return on our next visit to Riom.

A stopover in Riom, almost by chance, and what a wonderful surprise this place was!
The cuisine was full of subtle flavors at a very affordable price (set menus at €22, €25, and €38), we thoroughly enjoyed it! 👌

Le Flamboyant in Riom once again confirms its excellent reputation. Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish: from the delicate amuse-bouches to the dessert, each dish was a true delight for the palate.
