A stopover in Riom, almost by chance, and what a wonderful surprise this place was!
The cuisine was full of subtle flavors at a very affordable price (set menus at €22, €25, and €38), we thoroughly enjoyed it! 👌

Le Flamboyant in Riom once again confirms its excellent reputation. Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish: from the delicate amuse-bouches to the dessert, each dish was a true delight for the palate.

Excellent value for money. The sophisticated, sometimes original cuisine is of good quality. There's a balance between aesthetic appeal and flavor. The setting is comfortable and uncluttered, and the service is relaxed and efficient. It's always a pleasure to eat at Le Flamboyant.
