One of the standout places for seafood is Le Gambaro. Located in the island's harbor, overlooking Port-Cros, it boasts a culinary philosophy based directly on the daily catch brought in by local fishermen. The menu includes dishes prepared with the fish of the day, grilled fish, lobster and langoustine, and bouillabaisse.
