Le Foch sur Cassel

Not well-maintained in my opinion; the rooms are too small and not clean enough. DISAPPOINTING. On top of that, the owner tried to rob me; we had to call the police. In short, I do not recommend it.

We only tried the restaurant, and it was perfect and very welcome. After 10 days of regional specialties, the dish of the day (blanquette) was a welcome and excellent choice. The owners are also very friendly, which is a nice bonus. We especially loved Vasco, the mascot, who accepted our Sorbonne beer.

A warm and friendly welcome. An immaculate room. A beautiful view of Cassel's main square. An owner who goes out of his way to serve you delicious food. And a very attentive wife. We will gladly return.

The welcome from the owners of this lovely place is warm and friendly. Conversations with them feel like chatting with old friends. The meals are served by a chef who respects his guests, offering home-style cooking. I had a wonderful stay here.

We had a wonderful weekend in Cassel and would like to thank the managers of Art Doize. We hadn't heard of this establishment before. Our room was pleasant, tastefully decorated, clean, and the bedding was perfect. We had two meals; the chef is a professional who offers a very varied menu. The service was fast and the food delicious. Everything was homemade. The friendliness is a plus, not to be overlooked! Highly recommended.
