The dishes (Flemish Carbonnade and Maroilles Gratin) were very good, as were the drinks (sparkling rhubarb and apple-strawberry juice), the service was impeccable, the atmosphere very friendly, the welcome warm, and the view incredible 🤩
In other words, I highly recommend this place 😊

19/04/2026: Excellent pizzeria! I ordered 16 pizzas two days in advance of our visit for a wedding in Flanders. They were very welcoming via text and phone. The order was ready on the day, and every pizza was absolutely delicious. Perfectly cooked, with quality ingredients: a real treat! I highly recommend this lovely place!
29/12/2025: For my first time, I wasn't disappointed! The pizzas are very good, even a small one is enough. I really enjoyed them.
There's a good selection of classic pizzas and some "specials" that are quite original, featuring local cheeses (and that's a real treat, a nice difference!). I also saw daily specials and pizzas of the moment—let's just say there's plenty to choose from!
The staff is friendly and welcoming.

02/08/2026: We went there on Sunday at lunchtime. The restaurant is small but friendly, with well-spaced and good-sized tables. Unfortunately, the wait between ordering and the arrival of our food was long (a little over 30 minutes). The food was good, but nothing special, and the price was a bit high for what it was.
The servers were very friendly.
28/06/2026: During a stroll in Cassel, this was a great find; the food and cocktails are very good. I recommend it and will definitely return on our next visit to Cassel.

19/07/2026: This is a place that truly deserves to be known! Everything was perfect. The rib-eye steak was exceptional—tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. We all thoroughly enjoyed it!
The homemade Béarnaise and Roquefort sauces were simply delicious and perfectly complemented the meat.
Thank you to the entire team for your warm welcome and kindness. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back. I highly recommend this place!

11/05/2026: A lovely pub with a beautiful setting, both inside and out, and very attractive interior decor. There aren't as many traditional Flemish games available inside as in other pubs. The carbonnade was a bit of a disappointment; it lacked sweetness and was rather bland. The Welsh rarebit, however, was very good. They have a great beer selection!
The service was a little cold and the food was a bit slow to arrive.
01/04/2026: Great atmosphere with lots of regulars. It's warm and welcoming, just like a traditional pub should be.

16/07/2026: A great restaurant to relax in after a hike in the mountains! They offer a wide selection of sweet desserts, the crepes are homemade and absolutely delicious! The waffles are also good!
The vanilla ice cream is excellent!

06/04/2026: Avoid this restaurant! We tried to be funny out of kindness. We don't know if it was just one employee or the owner, but she was unpleasant and hostile. Go somewhere else if you're not satisfied. I explained that I was just teasing the waitress, but I remained polite. Even the poor waitress was surprised; she didn't say anything more, even seemed shocked by this woman's behavior. She should change professions because she has absolutely no friendliness or politeness.
25/03/2026: No welcome whatsoever.
We only had one drink, a 25cl draft beer and a lemonade, and we paid over 10 euros!!
There was no music, we were completely alone, the waitress was, I think, drunk, we couldn't understand anything about the beer selection, and to top it all off, she wasn't even bothered by flatulence 🤦🏻♀️ Shameful
