A very good chocolate fondant, although I think it could be slightly more chocolatey; it's still in my top 2 fondant recipes.

I discovered Fondant Baulois in La Baule, but now I can also find it in Paris and Nanterre... a real treat. I'm going back to La Baule and I absolutely have to get one!

16/06/2026: No appetizers served. Very average restaurant. Market day, no parking.
10/05/2026: I wholeheartedly recommend this traditional restaurant. There's a genuine respect for the ingredients and flavors, and the staff is very attentive. A true discovery. The lunch menu is different from the dinner menu. The menu changes with the seasons.
