Absolutely nothing to complain about, everything was perfect!
The staff is very professional and the pace of the courses is ideal—neither too rushed nor too far apart, allowing you to savor each bite at your leisure.
The cuisine is both original and delicious.
The icing on the cake was the opportunity to chat with the chef and his young, talented, and passionate team, who truly delighted our taste buds.

An excellent experience at this gourmet restaurant nestled in the heart of Aix-en-Provence. We chose the seven-course tasting menu to discover new flavors, and we both left thoroughly impressed! The flavor combinations were as comforting as they were surprising, and the value for money is unbeatable for a menu of this type!
The staff was very pleasant throughout the meal, and the chef was attentive to allergies. A must-try if you're ever in Aix.
