A big thank you to Julien who provided the service to perfection as well as to the chef and his team, our taste buds were delighted with this 7-course menu. I recommend 100%, the place is fresh, intimate and elegant. The food is very, very good, it’s a real success

Ce restaurant représente tout ce que l'on recherche lorsqu'on se rend dans un resto gastronomique ! Le personnel est adorable, ni trop présent ni pas assez. Les lieux sont magnifiques. Et la nourriture... Divine de A à Z ! Chaque plat nous raconte une histoire et nous fait voyager. Un énorme bravo au chef Thomas et à son équipe !

A unique place in 5 centuries old cellars which offers inventive cuisine that is regularly renewed 2 partners bring this place to life in a wonderful way: the cook and the waiter who does not fail to comment on the dishes he serves you with precision but also discretion. A particularly diverse cellar carefully chosen with many fine local wines. A very beautiful Aix restaurant that we recommend for its qualities and its contained addition. We will of course recommend it to our friends and family in Aix.

Nel complesso il miglior ristorante che abbiamo provato ad aix en provence. Veramente ottimo il carpaccio di orata. Molto buono anche il vitello di secondo anche se non abbiamo del tutto capito la polpetta, che era semi cruda ma abbastanza difficile da tagliare e a tratti anche da masticare … Formaggio con le fragole prima del dolce veramente buonissimo !!

08/12/2024: Réservation facile et rapide. Côté restauration c'est comme d'habitude un vrai régal. Petit plus : en plus des coquillages, les plats cuisinés sont de plus en plus nombreux et sont un vrai régal notament les linguines et le poulpe. A recommander.

08/12/2024: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic Spot for Lunch! La Calade in Éguilles is my new go-to place for lunch whenever I'm in the area. Betty and her team are incredibly welcoming, making you feel right at home. The wood-fired pizzas are absolutely delicious—crispy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The menu has a nice variety, offering something for everyone, which makes it even better for family outings. Overall, a great family-friendly restaurant with a warm atmosphere. Highly recommended!
