The dishes were decent, even very good in the case of the langoustine and the pigeon; the service was average despite the goodwill and friendliness of the two waiters.

We had a truly wonderful experience as a family for my father-in-law's birthday. The tasting menu was absolutely delicious, and the service was so pleasant (a huge thank you to Ilyes for making us feel so special). It's a little outside the center of Aix, perfect for enjoying a relaxing moment! I highly recommend it.

An excellent gourmet restaurant; the lunch menu is a good deal because it's the same price as a regular restaurant (and some are even more expensive). I tried it and I'll gladly go back.

We regularly come to lunch or dinner at Les Inséparables restaurant. Unfortunately, on June 16th, for my wife's birthday, we had dinner there: There was no reception upon our arrival, the outdoor tables were dirty, and the waiter was friendly but not very presentable. The meal was good, but the flavor had declined. During dinner, I asked for bread, which wasn't served at the table, and the waiter brought me stale bread, which is unacceptable for a restaurant of this caliber. We are hesitant to return.

A lovely spot just steps from Aix city center with private parking. The food is particularly delicious, and the beautifully presented dishes showcase seasonal produce, especially vegetables. The desserts are just how we like them: light and not too sweet. The wine list is well-stocked. A resounding success for this restaurant! From the setting, slightly removed from the city center but a 10-minute walk from Parc Jourdan, to the quality of the food and service... A relaxing atmosphere, a truly delightful experience, and a set lunch menu (starter and main course/starter and main course and dessert) that is genuinely excellent, with a regularly changing and very well-thought-out à la carte menu. My only regret is not having had time to try the dessert because we had to leave (on this point, I appreciated the pace of the service, which allowed us to savor each course and moment as a group: I don't think this is the place to grab a quick bite before rushing off...). One of my favorites this year. It makes you wonder why the rating, although very good, doesn't exceed that of restaurants more centrally located in Aix-en-Provence, which sometimes charge similar prices for significantly lower quality.

What a wonderful discovery! Upon arrival, the parking lot gave absolutely no hint of what awaited us. Yet, as soon as we sat down on the terrace, the magic began. A truly blissful moment in a pleasant and peaceful setting. The team is simply exceptional: welcoming, attentive, and remarkably professional. The service is impeccable, worthy of the finest restaurants, with a rare elegance down to the smallest detail. We chose the tasting menu, and it was flawless. From the appetizer to the dessert, each dish was perfectly executed, showcasing quality ingredients with refined and generous cuisine. All this at an excellent price. I confess I hesitated before leaving this review... we wanted to keep this address a little treasure, just for ourselves! But such an establishment deserves to be known and rewarded. We will return with immense pleasure.
