Mr. Gérard Lemaire, I am a customer and a simple onlooker of your public diatribe. Didn't your mom teach you to be careful when you had chalk teeth? It is not the baker who is unconscious, but your mother, - peace to her soul given the canonical age you would have been at the time when your bridge was in play -, for not having taught you to bite into a tooth. velvet your clafoutis and other tooth traps, a real vein for these dental thieves

01.03.2024 Mr. Lemaitre Gerard Sir, Following the purchase of various bread products from you on February 29, 2024 in the morning, products in which I had complete confidence, I had the unpleasant surprise of finding an olive stone in the fougasse and having a tooth damaged by eating a branch of this fougasse. This tooth will probably undergo the intervention of a dentist to remove it. I am not congratulating the baker who produced this fougasse. While remaining polite I would say that this person is unconscious. If I had had a bridge it would surely have had to be replaced. I think this letter will leave you indifferent, but I still offer you my sincere greetings

Discovery of the day in the city center of Aix. At the bend of a street behind this discreet storefront.... Exceptional products, rare breads that have flavor, special mention for the breads with Nyons olives... It's just magnificent Bravo and thank you for this beautiful work and these products so different from other bakeries

France has a lot of bakeries to choose from and this recommendation came from the owner of le Plaisirs des Thés as he knew we were canadian and the owner here lived in Québec or is from there. The staff were really nice and we talked about some of the challenges facing their industry in this new era. The bread was super delicious, one of the best fougasse aux olives we've had yet and the fruit loaf was super top with a péchégos cheese, pâte molle à croûte lavée de chèvre. My only regret is not being able to try everything there. I hope to come back one day. Merci le gang!

LE PETIT CAPUCCI

03/04/2024: Always a treat to go to Petit Capucci. Indeed, it is strongly recommended to call in advance as their success is crazy (and that's all I wish them!). Even if there is a little wait, they always make up for it by sending the dishes super quickly, the owners are more than adorable, always a little attention for the customers. Their team is also great, all smiling despite the speed and pressure of the rush. It is always pleasant to sit on the terrace in the sun (or in the shade as desired) to enjoy your lunch break. The prices are more than fair for a meal of such quality, everything is homemade. And a special mention for the finger on the sneaker which is just divine!
