Very qualitative bakery, excellent bread and very good pastry, sandwiches, each more extraordinary than the other. And extremely kind, caring and professional employees. I highly recommend And a special thank you to the two young women on Sunday November 3 who did not hesitate to reopen the store for me and another customer in order to satisfy my sweet tooth and that of my guests with a delicious pie and for the other lady to be able to offer a birthday cake for his granddaughter. I cannot note the atmosphere, I was the only customer around 5:30 p.m. on Thursday 24. Absolutely nothing to complain about the bread served (exactly what I expected). Without customers, the waiters had plenty to do, but left everything behind to serve me as a priority. . Always being up to the task is not easy....however the person who served me was, kind, helpful, efficient,....human and I can assure you what I'm talking about, a pleasure an osmosis. I have never taken the time to leave a comment but it must be said this bakery is delicious I think I have tried all the pastries 😄 they are all as generous as they are good, the bread is also very good. On the way to Forclaz, I stopped by chance to have a sandwich, and I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional quality of the bread and the ingredients. This is without a doubt one of the best sandwiches I've eaten in my life! If I come back to the region, I will definitely go back, and this time, I will take the opportunity to discover more.

Après le "White Pearl" de Lolita, meilleur sandwich de France en 2016, voici le "Bucheron" de Léonard, meilleur sandwich de Haute Savoie en 2024 ... la 4ème génération (soeur & frère) de la maison Neveu (Annecy Le Vieux, Talloires, Menthon) au top ! Pensée pour leur tante, Mireille. Et en plus, il est savoureux ! Tout comme les pains différents pains, les produits de la boulange et de la pâtisse ... en un demi-siècle personnel, à quelques années près, 3 générations connues (Agnès & Guy, Mireille & Jean Pierre... ) ... et toujours une référence dans la région ... Quand aux avis médiocres et horribles, passez outre, seuls des contributeurs à un voire deux avis ! Mdr mrd ...
