Let me tell you about this authentic and friendly bakery. While passing through the region I was looking for an establishment that did gluten-free food for my wife who is celiac. When you enter this enchanted place, you immediately feel homemade. We are welcomed by the boss where we guess that he is passionate about his job. We looked for a mini oven tray as well as some cakes. The choice is immense and the owner takes the time to present his products to us with passion. No Mini oven on the horizon but for the boss it's not a problem, he offers us to take what we want from the window. We then take slices of pizza and other puff pastries which he cuts to give us everything in a well-presented box. We also have a gluten-free three-chocolate cake and he kindly offers us an individual gluten-free strawberry cake for my wife. Thanks again to the boss and his magical bakery.

We stopped for a coffee and some sweet treats for a snack. The baker, pleasant and talkative, made us feel very welcome. He even made us taste the sweet/salty pumpkin seed tuile which was delicious (I recommend taking a look, you won’t be disappointed)

It’s a cute pastry shop with large variety of bread and pastry. Highly recommended

Very good bread petit pâtés from Pézenas quite good, of course they are not worth those of the Quatrefages family..😢
