Exceptionally attentive and friendly service! And the food was delicious. The burger with Langres cheese was especially good!

It is not always fair to judge a restaurant based on just one visit. But I am going to do it anyway. I am merely sharing my own experience. And that is that, in any case, you should not order pizzas here. A pizza with ham here is a Pizza Margherita of questionable quality onto which they throw a few slices of cold ham after it has already come out of the oven. If the cook watched a few YouTube videos, it would probably taste a lot better afterwards. This is meant as positive criticism.

We stopped in Langres for lunch and had a very good price-quality ratio. We ordered the set menu. The waitresses were very friendly, except for one, unfortunately 🫤. However, you should book ahead as it's very popular with regulars. We were seated in the passageway despite our reservation. Too bad

Nice little terrace, the menu looked good. Don't hesitate, the daily specials sell out too.

We had a delicious meal. We chose a salmon salad and a warm tart with Langres cheese, lettuce, and fries. Everything was served quickly and courteously; the price-quality ratio is excellent!

A place in Langres where you feel right at home. The service is top-notch; smiles, kindness, and professionalism are always present. Thanks also to the chefs for the Langres cheese tart and the andouillette sausage with Langres cheese. We'll definitely be back on our next road trip... Thanks to the whole team.

A lovely bistro on the market square. A pleasant atmosphere. You can enjoy the day there with a glass of wine.

We stopped by for a drink this afternoon. The waiter was very friendly, taking the time to chat and smile with his customers. However, the reprimand given to the waiter in front of the other customers was really unacceptable. He was clearly trying his best and remained pleasant despite the full terrace.

Grand Hotel de l'Europe

30/03/2026: We had our evening meal there. The place offered a restaurant.
14/03/2026: Stoped en route to alps, easy parking, late check in and we were given a code, and the lady waited for us. Room was clean, comfortable bed, furniture and fittings (bathroom) a bit dated but all worked and was warm. Lovely old town with lots of nice shops and eateries. This is our second visit and we will return Family of three adults For a two star hotel this was perfect
