Passing through while cycling the Loire with friends, we arrived without a reservation and received an excellent welcome. The food was superb, featuring quality ingredients prepared with care, beautifully presented dishes, and above all, delicious flavors. We came on a Sunday at lunchtime when the restaurant was almost full, yet the service was remarkably responsive and attentive; kudos to the front-of-house team. The modern decor creates a pleasant setting for a meal with friends. As for the food, the menu offers a modern take on brasserie fare with a good selection. The quality is there, but my friend's toast was unfortunately a little overcooked—a minor flaw in the execution. I should mention that the photo shows a starter (which was very good). The main course portions are very generous. Overall, a great place to eat.
