The chef clearly demonstrates his desire to pleasantly surprise us and delight our palates with a cuisine that blends traditional choices with expertly combined flavors. The homemade desserts are well worth the trip. The service is highly professional; special mention goes to the head bartender and his unparalleled creativity with cocktails, especially if you give him free rein. There's no doubt that our host, Romain, the true and experienced maestro of his restaurant, knows how to ensure we have a truly enjoyable and high-quality experience. The emphasis on quality is deliberate: the welcome, the ambiance, the service, the selection, the quality of the cuisine... this is a place to dine without hesitation, in any season! A wonderful welcome from Romain and his entire team. From the cocktail to the dessert, everything was perfect. Even the background music was there but not intrusive.
