It's not the best restaurant in La Bourboule, but the atmosphere is good and the food is nice too! A big plus is the cheese platter, which is enormous!!

We had a lovely evening meal! Spent the night in La Bourboule and walled out to find somewhere to eat and the food and price were excellent.

Very good. Generous portions, friendly and smiling staff. They found a way to get us a table even without a reservation. No complaints.

A very nice restaurant, with truly beautiful and pleasant decor. The service is also very good, with attentive waiters. However, we were much less impressed with the food. I ordered a Saint-Nectaire burger, but there was only a tiny piece of cheese, far too little to add any flavor. The burger was therefore quite dry. The fries, meanwhile, seemed to be frozen, which is a shame. It's a real pity because the setting and service are very pleasant, but we were disappointed by the quality of the food.

La table du trappeur

21/09/2026: Lovely establishment. Meal €23 (starter, main course, dessert). Very good, friendly staff.
11/09/2026: Excellent food! We had the tartiflette with St. Nectaire cheese and burrata salad. The waiter was very friendly; he was serving alone, which took a little longer, but it wasn't a problem when you're there on vacation.

Le Genève

21/05/2026: Hotel very well located in the heart of La Bourboule. A good quality breakfast is available on site. Several restaurants are nearby. The room has been renovated and is well-equipped. The hallways and surrounding area are a bit dated.
29/12/2025: Very clean place, cleaned every morning. Very sophisticated, but one small detail: when you remove the pass, everything that's plugged in shuts off. Apart from that, it's perfect.
