03/05/2026: Last night, we had two "truffadette" pizzas... absolutely delicious! Even though the prices have gone up slightly (but not excessively)... the pizza is still delicious, generously topped with quality ingredients, unlike some other takeaway pizza places in La Bourboule. We come twice a year and are never disappointed... Keep up the good work, we'll be loyal customers! 🍕😊

27/08/2026: The setting is worth the visit: a beautiful, well-preserved room with real character; you walk in wanting to feel at home. The menu, however, clearly plays it safe for tourists, and the food falls short of what the location promised. The service was also rather slow on the day of our visit. A pleasant place for the atmosphere, but a bit frustrating in other respects.

A spa and swimming pool that are a welcome treat after a day in the cold Auvergne weather.
A hearty breakfast, good croissants.
Bike parking.
Owners who are accommodating to large group bookings.

Basic but clean rooms!
A cold welcome and patronizing, almost inappropriate remarks. Sometimes you get the feeling you're intruding even when members of the group ask "normal" questions (like the cold shower water...). It's a shame, because the setting is lovely.
13/05/2026: Fantastic welcome! Excellent food, fresh and generous portions. The waiter was very attentive and gave excellent wine recommendations! Very reasonable price.
The room was superb, and the swimming pool was a real bonus.
Thank you for your hospitality, I'll be back!

28/08/2026: A real treat! We had the tartiflette with porcini mushrooms, and I don't remember ever having one so good. The service was quick despite the initial 40-minute wait; we ended up ordering a starter and barely had time to finish it before the main course arrived. The waitress was very friendly, and the decor is lovely. No complaints whatsoever; I highly recommend it.
28/08/2026: Yes, there's a wait for the main courses, but they're so delicious! Trust the menu; it's very generous and will definitely satisfy your appetite!

Several restaurants are nearby.
The room has been renovated and is well-equipped.
The hallways and surrounding area are a bit dated.
29/12/2025: Very clean place, cleaned every morning. Very sophisticated, but one small detail: when you remove the pass, everything that's plugged in shuts off. Apart from that, it's perfect.

09/08/2026: We'd barely arrived at the restaurant when there was no greeting, just a casual "I'm out of things." Then he told us, "Well, I do have some things, but no tomato sauce. I can make pizzas with a cream base, but no Saint-Nectaire cheese, I'm out of it," and kept repeating "I'm out of things, I'm out of things" when we looked at the menu to order cream-based pizzas... so we didn't insist, we left. It was like he just wanted to finish early. Avoid this place!

28/02/2026: Avoid at all costs! The staff are extremely unpleasant, never smile, and argue amongst themselves in front of customers. Basically, it's just eat and pay. The food is very poor value for money. I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant.

08/08/2024: Une mauvaise expérience comme jamais nous en avons eu auparavant !
N’ayant pas eu le temps de regarder les avis avant d’y entrer, nous avons constaté par nous même l’hygiène déplorable (tant sur le sol, dans les wc) : l’horreur !
Concernant le repas : servi en 3’ top chrono après la commande. La truffade n’était que pommes de terre sèches tant elles ont été réchauffées, sans aucun gout de fromage et en quantité dérisoire. La charcuterie sortait tout droit d’un supermarché et pas des meilleurs ! Absolument rien de typique ni local à un prix déraisonnable.
