We were made very welcome by all the staff. The atmosphere was warm. The quantity and quality of the starter, main course and dessert was perfect. Very affordable prices. We highly recommend!

Impeccable welcome and service. We had a bull herd and a fish soup (very hearty for a starter!), everything was very, very good. The rice was excellent. We recommend 100%.

Comme d'habitude a chaque fois que nous revenons nous sommes toujours satisfaits on se régale et en plus servi par Enzo qui a de l'humour et attentionné bravo on reviendra

Personnels accueillants,nous avons prix la pierrade .nous avons trouvé la viande très bonne et le gratin. aussi le seul petit bémol il manque un petit légumes (on avait juste une tomate cerise dans l'assiette ) Et les quantités sont juste un très bon mangeur n'aura pas assez je parle des pierrade pour les autres plats nous n'avons pas essayé

Un menu du jour avec entrée/plat, servi même le soir, a 32€, un rapport qualité/prix très correct compte tenu de la qualité culinaire. Un accueil simple, agréable et très professionnel. De bons conseils pour les mets et les vins. Nous avons passé un excellent moment, réservation conseillée
18/08/2024: While passing through Aigues-Mortes, we were able to enjoy this restaurant. A passionate cook, he is a source of suggestions for wine and digestives. Culinarily, the products are fresh. The turbot was very good. I enjoyed the olive chips. Finally, the profiteroles are crazy, as the waitress pointed out. As the restaurant was full, our table was apart. If I can give two points for improvement: a small plant or decoration would be welcome to maintain the pleasant setting of the restaurant when you are further away. Also, for an aperitif, a little something to nibble alongside the drink would be nice. We highly recommend.

21/09/2024: We have been here many times and have always had superb food. I had my best lobster here a few years ago. If you are going here, you should book a table well in advance. In my opinion, this is AM's best restaurant.
21/09/2024: An exceptional moment in this restaurant. The cuisine is simply excellent, balanced and close to gourmet in terms of quality. Each dish was a real delight and in generous quantities. The friendly and warm atmosphere adds a special touch to the experience, the service is gold, the waiters and waitresses are very friendly and smiling. The interior decoration of the restaurant creates a “cocooning” and warm atmosphere, with a layout that seems designed to offer each table a certain intimacy. The prices are reasonable, you will enjoy yourself and have a good time for sure! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.
