Top-notch staff, a huge thank you to Aeddan for his kindness and advice. Good food with excellent Ardennes produce and plenty of choice, but one small drawback: not enough vegetarian dishes apart from the veggie burger option (which was a bit dry, by the way).

I ordered the burrata burger with virgin sauce, arugula, and basil, and it was simply incredible. The steak was perfectly cooked, juicy, and not at all dry. The flavor combination was flawless; each ingredient had its place. As a chef, I can say it was perfect. Congratulations to the whole team; I'll gladly be back!

I'm not a regular customer, as I live a bit far away, but it's always a real pleasure to come and enjoy the food. I'm always warmly welcomed, the plates are generous and delicious, the service is impeccable, and the interior decor is really nice.

We came to Le Galion restaurant for dinner with friends, and we had a wonderful time! A huge thank you to Pascal, who looked after us: professional, attentive, and above all, very funny, he truly made our evening even more enjoyable.
