Cuisine ok, some products are local and organic but not all. Poor service without being disastrous, the reason seems obvious: the owner (or head of the room) is stressed, not very talented and shows rudeness... it's not a bad establishment all the same.

Ambiance sympathique au dessus du Salat. Accueil rapide et agréable. Service classique et efficace. La cuisine est très bonne avec des quantités parfaites. Rapport qualité/prix équilibré. Je recommande.

Adresse où je m'arrête régulièrement le samedi matin (jour de marché à Saint-Girons) pour prendre un café ☕ et de temps en temps le soir en semaine pour boire un verre en terrasse. Situé en bordure du Salat (rivière qui coule dans Saint-Girons), j'adore me poser là tout en écoutant le bruit de l'eau 👍
