I had the opportunity to try this restaurant for lunch. The menu is varied in terms of both dishes and prices, making it perfect for a wide range of customers. Furthermore, the staff is very welcoming, professional, and attentive. We ordered a dessert to share, and they prepared two separate plates for us, which had been made in advance. We had a very pleasant experience.

This is an excellent brasserie where the food is superb. The ingredients are fresh and perfectly cooked. The owner and staff are very friendly and always ready to advise their customers. If you like steak tartare, don't hesitate to try Mohamed de Fes's oriental-style tartare; it's absolutely delicious, prepared right in front of you. When visiting Rennes, this brasserie is a must-visit. I've been going there for years and I've never been disappointed. Don't hesitate!

19/04/2026: Had a great time at Bacchus... But, a charcuterie/cheese platter, a small beer (in moderation) before Jonathan O'Donnell's show!! Definitely going back!! Both Bacchus and Jonathan's show were fantastic!!
