Ratatouille was very good! The risotto was not the typical Italian risotto you imagine but it was creative and interesting to try. Desert was incredible!

Beautiful place in the old center with a pleasant setting inside and on the terrace. Respectful atmosphere to have a nice time, attendance is good. Careful, tasty and elaborate cuisine. Professional service, which is rather rare these days.

Le Galoubet est depuis longtemps une halte systématique à Arles. Le service est adorable, la terrasse agréable et ombragée. La carte est assez courte et nous avions été habitués à une exécution parfaite. Peut être un mauvais jour mais les entrées étaient sans saveur et le thon comme la viande très durs. Un peu déçus mais nous y retournerons, convaincus que ce n’était qu’une mauvaise passe.

Abbiamo mangiato molto bene, conviene fare il menù altrimenti risulta un po’ costoso. Abbiamo fatto fatica a capire i piatti perché il menù era in francese. Vino costoso.

Shady places under a canopy of leaves, very pleasant in the evening. Small menu with various first, main and secondary dishes to choose from. Quality of the food and prices in the upper average range.

24/09/2024: The restaurant serves a set menu in the evening which changes daily. You don’t know what’s on till about 5.30. We had two dinners, not cheap, but we were prepared. Canapés, starter, main, cheese and dessert. The first night a couple of dishes were a little disappointing, and the flavours were overwhelmed by one ingredient in the starter and the dessert was uninspired. The second meal was very good in every course. The service was pleasant and they could explain each dish is English, but I would hang onto the menu!
03/08/2024: Very pleasant establishment, with attentive and present staff. Horseback riding is a great moment of happiness. We have been here before, we will come again.
