A magical place where you feel right at home. The food is incredible and the service is impeccable! They were incredibly attentive and even accommodated my gluten intolerance, even though we hadn't made a reservation. So, kudos to the chef and his team, to the woman who tends the vegetable garden and ensures such high-quality cuisine, and kudos to the baker because the sourdough bread is simply divine and so rare in restaurants. And finally, thank you to the owner who makes it all possible! If you're ever in the area, don't hesitate, and you might even want to make a special trip! Thank you 🙏

Excellent cuisine Idyllic setting Top-notch service

4,7/5 This is a VERY NICE place!! An old railroad station, housing a fine dining restaurant with a blend of french and asian flavors… What a discovery!! Indoor seating during the cold months, in a spacious central area, with whitewashed stone walls, exposed beams, and open kitchen. Beautiful outdoor seating for warmer temps on a terrace surrounded by a vegetable garden, same vegetables used in the meals prepared. Young and energetic staff, might be lacking a bit in fine-dining experience, but makes up for it in effort and cheerfulness. Single-menu 8-course meal, an absolute bargain for the high quality dishes served. Those that I found IMPRESSIVE: -camelina seed wafer, the amazake mousse with spiced blackcurrant (fantastic taste!) -tosazu marinated eggplant with shiso (perilla) leaf was delicious as well, not to mention -the beef tartare with anchovy sauce (tender beef cuts superbly marinated, perfectly coupled with the freshness of cucumbers - my 2nd favorite after the mousse) -the lamb leg, cooked to perfection, salty crunchy potato chips to counter the bitterness of swiss chard - a very interesting course rich in flavours and textures. Served with 2 sides, of which the sausage was exquisite. Cheese was also exquisite, much like their champagne menu with delicious bottles at a very reasonable price. Some dishes had minor flaws: the pollock with crayfish bisque and combaya was disappointing, nicely cooked fish but somewhat bland, uneven flavors through the dish, lacked harmony and desserts were not on par with the high bar the previous dishes set (dry baba au rhum, but a nice fresh blackcurrant sorbet). A GREAT experience all in all, definitely worth the trip and the try, and will be surely coming back for more!!

We only stopped for coffee but the service was very friendly and quick. A great place to come and enjoy the ambiance. Will definitely return for an evening.

Two visits, two flawless experiences. Fresh cuisine, chef's garden bordering the restaurant. Perfect cooking and preparation. Attentive service with excellent advice. I'll definitely be back.
