Great experience at Le Papagayo 😊 Nice setting, good atmosphere, and a pleasant time overall. The food was good, and the restaurant is well located for a relaxing evening with friends or family. A great place to try in Aix!

So I had a ribeye steak with new potatoes and roasted garlic, it was excellent, honestly, nothing to complain about. Go there, you won't be disappointed! The two waitresses, Emma and Nada, were exceptional and gave me a very warm welcome and excellent service. I've never been disappointed by this restaurant! Top-notch!!! 💪🤙👍

The waitress was perfect. As for the food, the lamb mechoui was very good; however, the kebab had too much fat and too many spices. Even though it was labeled harissa, it would have been better to add the spice icon next to the dish. However, after a brief complaint, we were served a new meat dish without spices or fat, free of charge. So it was great, thank you very much.

A very pleasant lunch with my family on a Tuesday. The staff were very friendly, and the meal was delicious: pumpkin gnocchi with gorgonzola sauce and beef tartare served with crispy risotto. All at a very reasonable price! I highly recommend it.

06/04/2026: They make excellent sourdough bread, which keeps much longer than the dreadful traditional white baguette you find elsewhere. Their pastries are also delicious, and the service is always very pleasant and friendly.
26/03/2026: Excellent "crispy bread" that you just can't find in the trendy new bakeries in Aix-en-Provence anymore!!! 👍🤣😂😁

14/04/2026: Monday lunch with my mom has become a ritual, and tonight was my first time there in the evening. It confirms my impression: the place is super versatile and the atmosphere is really great. The team is fantastic, thanks to Thibaut for the warm welcome and the chat. 😌 Special mention to the lovely waitress whose (very beautiful) name I still haven't remembered despite all my efforts... I promise, I'll do better next time (even if it means using cheat sheets)! 😂 Edit: It's Elvir ✨ See you Monday! ☀️
