Dinner on March 27, 2023. We were delighted with our meals and promised to return. Thing done on March 25. Always such a beautiful address. Gins to discover and always creative cuisine served by attentive and friendly staff.

The food is not very tasty. The only thing I liked on the menu was the foie gras appetizer. The wine is good. The octopus is like rubber. I do not want to get back.

Very happy to have come to taste your excellent dishes, but really distressed to be harassed by a request for feelings which remain personal to me. Best wishes The next morning an email asking for my opinion, and a tt every 2 days to force a response on me, I find this unbearable, certainly not your fault, but unbearable and deeply intrusive as well as impolite

Fun little spot but not worth the money in my opinion. We had the tasting menu, and while there were some interesting ideas in the dishes everything turned out kinda bland and some things did not work at all. I think they change their menu often, maybe we were just got one rotation that wasn't as good.

Le Chalet du Pèr'Sillé

31/03/2024: Very welcoming atmosphere, the raclette was perfect and well served. Very good quality/price. I recommend.
30/03/2024: Grilled raclette for two. Small baked potatoes are delicious. The accompanying charcuterie plate has the same composition as the plate we had as an aperitif. The waitress suggests that we melt the last of the cheese in a ramekin.
