I spent two nights at the Germinal and slept well. The bedding was very comfortable. The room wasn't very spacious, but it was just adequate. I missed having a kettle with tea or coffee. However, two bottles of water were provided. I had dinner at the restaurant once, but I wasn't particularly impressed. I ordered a pithiviers, and there was a long wait for a dish that didn't convince me. The amuse-bouche wasn't great either. The cheese plate was generous. The white wine was good. In my opinion, the value for money wasn't there. I paid €42, which seemed expensive.
