12/08/2026: The staff was decent, the food was decent, nothing great nothing terrible. The wine was served at a very high temlerature, maybe 28degrees. Thanks for the private message, about the wine. You dont prefill the glass with exoensive wine and bring it to the table, it should be poured at the table. I doubt even if it was the ordered wine, on top of the temperature. The pasta was decent at least its grana duro and no cream, but it has room to grow, did nit come with guanciale, maybe pancetta but it was cut in too small pieces, the original recipe is 5-10mm slices(before cooking). The conclusion is that it was decent food but there is an emplasis on volume rather than quality with this restaurant and for that its not good value at all. About 25-30% overprices. I also remind you yesterday there was 30-33degree celsius outside and the host did not propose to bring a water carafe, of which there werr plenty of prefilled ones lying arround, all at outside temperature of course.
