When I called back to check on it, I got a condescending man who didn't even apologize, just laughed and brushed me off. It's the most shameful thing I've ever seen. Respect your customers; they're the ones who keep you in business.

02/05/2026: Beautiful setting. The menu offers enough choice for all tastes. I find the prices rather high, and the portions quite small, so for those with a big appetite, order a starter. The service, however, was catastrophic. It took 10 minutes to take our order at our table, tapping away on the tablet. Bringing us a beer when we ordered a ginger beer… An interminable wait, even though there were only about ten tables. Drinks/aperitifs arrived at the same time as the main courses. It was impossible to get a server to get water, bread, or sauces… Perhaps it was May 1st and all the servers were temporary staff unfamiliar with the restaurant industry, but the result was the same. I would still recommend it for the setting.

24/03/2026: We spent a night at the Quorum for a sporting event and really appreciated the hotel's peace and quiet and cleanliness. Thomas gave us a very warm welcome and helpful advice. A superb welcome! The breakfast was basic but adequate! We will definitely be back next year for the same event.

13/04/2026: Top-notch team. We met with Lilya (the events manager) to organize our wedding. Lilya was transparent and readily available. We felt supported from beginning to end. In addition, the venue is beautiful, located in a large park and bathed in sunshine. I highly recommend it!

10/05/2026: We had a wonderful time at Le Brumaire restaurant for our son's First Communion. We had the cocktail reception outside and the meal inside. The atmosphere was lovely, with a relaxed, informal ambiance. The setting in the Parc de Saint-Cloud is very pleasant, the food was excellent, and the entire team was exceptionally attentive and responsive throughout the meal. A big thank you for the warm welcome and excellent service; we highly recommend this restaurant for this type of family event.
