Le Sainte Germaine sur Pibrac

Forty-five years ago, I spent four months on a half-board basis... I remember long games of belote in the evenings with my colleagues and a Concorde pilot at the time... Very fond memories of my youth...

It's always a pleasure to have lunch at this establishment. Besides the good value for money, the service is excellent, pleasant, and friendly. The portions are generous, and the overall experience is very reasonable. Be sure to book in advance. Depending on how much time you have during your lunch break, the set menu (starter, main course, dessert) might be a bit rushed. There can be a wait. Nevertheless, I would recommend this place if you're in the area.
