Cindy and Christophe Combes have been at the head of the Marseille catering institution created in 1966 by Robert and Charles Sauvaire for a year. The two brothers gave the establishment its reputation for half a century on the basis of regional and gourmet cuisine. Christophe Combes is a passionate chef who was introduced to cooking at a young age by Jeannette, his grandmother, a cook in Périgord. Apprentice at Bras in Laguiole then second chef at La Mangeoire de Millau, this graduate of the Sacré-Cœur hotel school in Saint-Chély-d'Apcher today has solid experience as a chef recognized by his peers and more recently by the Tables and Inns of France Guide.

Bon restau, avec un service impeccable, mais la cuisine pourrait être mieux soignée : pavé de bœuf pas assez travaillé et le nougat glacé était du surgelé qu'on trouve en supermarché ! 😶😞

Je me suis régalée avec le pavé de saumon, la peau du saumon si souvent fade était pour celui-là un vrai régal, parfaitement grillée et relevée. Tout dans mon assiette avait du goût, mes papilles ont été ravies 🥰

22/02/2024: Always so good and welcoming, every time it's a treat. Alex welcomes us with good heart and enthusiasm and offers us a varied and quality menu! Today I tried the macaronade and it was just excellent 🤤 (thanks to Coline who gave us very good advice!), the same for the marrow bone as a starter and for dessert don't hesitate to have the banofipie 😁
