As an ice cream lover and someone who knows the Glacier des Alpes and many other places in and around Annecy, I wasn't aware of the change everyone is talking about before. I can tell you that I've rarely eaten ice cream this good, with so much flavor and so little sugar. Bravo to you, and the man who serves is very friendly. Thank you.

Discovered by chance. Super delicious, top-quality ice cream, extremely friendly service. Even though it's a bit off the beaten track, it's worth a detour. Highly recommended.

A very nice experience, the owner introduced us to several flavors, offered free scoops, and above all he took the time to look with us for gluten-free ice creams for our daughter. Top notch!!

Thinking I was coming to taste an ice cream from the previous establishment (which still operates near the canal), I was disappointed: still a small tasting scoop, contrary to previous comments, but much much less choice and frankly ordinary ice creams. I give three stars for the possibility of sitting down and the absence of waiting the day I came. I also did not appreciate the fact that the owner, not very welcoming, pointed out to me that the change of ownership had taken place in 2020, suggesting that it was already him a little over a year ago. It seemed to me that the varied flavors of Glacier des Alpes had continued beyond 2020 and I understand from reading the comments that there has indeed been a new change. I will not go back. I prefer the authentic ice cream parlor with a multitude of flavors on offer and tasty ice creams.
