A flawless lunchtime brasserie. The dishes are well-balanced and delicious. The menu is presented simply, and what arrives on the plate is surprising. Thank you for your warm welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

From the outside, you might doubt what the place has to offer. Big mistake, because it was a superb culinary discovery, by far my best memory in Rennes. The calf's head carpaccio was sublime, and the bluefin tuna steak was cooked to perfection. There were three of us, and the rest of the dishes were of the same high standard. It's more than just a detour; we'll definitely be back. The waitstaff was very pleasant and professional. A sure bet in Rennes. I recommend it without hesitation. Don't change a thing. Culinary regards.

Second visit to Rennes. Whilst staying at the Appart’hôtel Odalys I. Rennes. The reception highly recommended Le Globe to us. Excellent recommendation for fantastic French cuisine at a reasonable price. Generous potion size and tasty. Attentive staff and service were excellent. Definitely return again when next in the area. Highly recommended, reservations recommended.

Le Globe is a true gem in Brittany. The chef is exceptionally talented: creative, precise, and each dish is a genuine culinary experience. Everything is perfectly executed, from the flavors to the presentation, with a true identity and a great deal of emotion on the plate. It's a place I adore, and every visit is a unique experience. I absolutely recommend it! ✨

Definitely one of the best restaurants in Rennes. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but inside you'll find a friendly, dynamic team with a kind word. They know how to take care of their customers; there's no fuss, and the food is a delight from appetizer to dessert, including the daily special. I had the seared calf's head and their famous mashed potatoes. Thank you, see you soon!
