A warm welcome, an idyllic setting, tasteful decor, and a professional, friendly waiter who knew the dishes and their ingredients perfectly—he gave us excellent advice (thank you, Tom!). The dishes (pappardelle, mussels, etc.) were inventive, delicious, and generous. Very reasonable prices. I highly recommend it.

We went there to eat as a family, we ordered, among other things, a 1.4kg ribeye steak to share which was a bit pricey (€12 per 100g, so €168), but we were very well received, the waitresses were great, the cooking was perfect and the meat was very good, very tender, it's expensive but for a little treat, it's perfect.

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance after a swim in the sea. The menu wasn't displayed at the entrance, so we went in to look at it. We were looking for dishes around €20, and several options were in that price range, so we decided to give them a try. And we weren't disappointed; we left delighted. The waitress (pleasant, attentive, and friendly) gave us some great recommendations. Each dish was a delight: beautiful, delicious, and surprising. The recipes truly honor the Corsican terroir, combining sheep's milk cheese in tapioca croquettes, mussels cooked perfectly in a Josper oven with a beautifully crafted cream sauce made with fig oil and agastache leaves, and a zucchini dish prepared in various ways with a subtle almond touch... we even mopped up every last drop from our plates! Without hesitation, we ordered dessert, wanting to prolong the delight... words fail us... we experienced the same pleasure as with the savory dishes: freshness, balance, flavor, mastery... Without a doubt, one of the finest cuisines we've tasted recently. Unbeatable value for money and remarkable craftsmanship. It's a young team that took over the establishment a month and a half ago; they are talented, and you should definitely go because, if you're a gourmet or simply enjoy good food, you won't be disappointed. Thank you and congratulations to them for making such high-quality work so affordable.

The service is impeccable: the entire team is friendly, attentive, and exceptionally professional. The dishes are as beautiful as they are delicious, with presentation worthy of the finest restaurants. I'm used to frequenting excellent establishments, and I can say that the quality is definitely there. Without a doubt, one of the best restaurants in Ajaccio. A perfect experience; I will return with great pleasure!

Great place, very refined dishes and excellent homemade ice cream. The only downside is the sun loungers at €25 per person without towels and, most importantly, no showers! What a shame.

Having just arrived in Ajaccio, we spent the day at this establishment. Lunch was very good and plentiful. We enjoyed fresh grilled fish, delicately prepared by the chef. The service is tableside, a real spectacle, and the recommendations are excellent. We opted for a package with sun loungers for the day, a slight drawback in terms of value for money. A mattress on the lounger would have justified the €25 per person for the day. But the place remains very pleasant and the food is of excellent quality. You can go there without hesitation!
