A small shop open 3 days a week, but right next door, a vending machine open 24/7. We had the chance to chat a bit with the chef and owner, Marcel Metzler. A pleasure. We bought a foie gras canoie (goose and duck) with a goose only and a rillette. Simply delicious. A great discovery. We also found a wine to go with it all right next door. Domaine Bernard Humbrecht. A Gewurztraminer Grand Cru Goldert 2021🥰

15/01/2026: A very nice place with very tasty food, a good solution for those who sleep at the nearby hotel or in town, there aren't many options.
12/01/2026: Meal served quickly. However, in 8 months prices have skyrocketed: +€1 for a small 50cl bottle of water and +€9 on average for main courses, with desserts also increasing.
