A small shop open 3 days a week, but right next door, a vending machine open 24/7. We had the chance to chat a bit with the chef and owner, Marcel Metzler. A pleasure. We bought a foie gras canoie (goose and duck) with a goose only and a rillette. Simply delicious. A great discovery. We also found a wine to go with it all right next door. Domaine Bernard Humbrecht.
