Absolutely fantastic! There was a bit of a wait for our table, but it was handled well. Fast service. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always smiling. We came twice in the same week. A superb restaurant!

Mixed review Overall, a rather mixed experience. First of all, a long wait. The doors opened at 7 pm and about forty people were already queuing outside the restaurant. Customers were then seated gradually. The initial wait wasn't necessarily the restaurant's fault, especially since we had been warned that the service might be slow. However, once seated, the service clearly didn't keep up: we waited over an hour and 45 minutes before being served. The restaurant was obviously full, and the staff were doing their best, but the establishment's capacity simply seems too great for the kitchen's ability to handle it. So, a little tip: perhaps avoid the very beginning of service, even if the queue doesn't really get any shorter afterward. The second point, and for me the most disappointing, concerns the quality of the food. I found it all rather mediocre and, above all, very poorly presented. A galette simply placed on a plate, without salad or any real presentation, isn't exactly appealing. For over €15, the galette was sparsely filled, with two scallops and a pan of leeks that seemed frozen... The cheese in the burger wasn't even half the size of the patty. So, in my opinion, the value for money is really poor. The restaurant prioritizes quantity over quality. The children ordered pizzas and, for their part, thought they were good. So perhaps it's more a question of menu choices, sticking to the basics. In the end, a team that seems to be doing its best despite a very full dining room, but the organization is lacking and, above all, the quality of the food disappointed us. Having tried quite a few restaurants, this one unfortunately seemed very average compared to other experiences, especially considering the higher bill.

This restaurant deserves its 4.1 rating. The welcome and service are pleasant. The portions are generous, especially the mussels and fries, pizzas, and savory crepes. The food is delicious and the prices are very reasonable. For 4 adults, expect to pay around €100 for a full platter to share, 1 pizza, 1 savory crepe, 2 mussels and fries, 1 soft drink, and 3 cocktails. Nothing to complain about. They also do takeout. The mussels and fries were served in a special, generously filled pot and eaten by the beach... fantastic! To get a table, go right when they open.

The staff were incredibly friendly, and we were served super fast! The food was excellent. I highly recommend it if you're strolling through the pedestrian streets of La Tranche!
