The young man who served me, who must have been 16 or 17, was remarkably kind: very polite, smiling, helpful, and attentive. It's truly a pleasure to meet such pleasant and respectful young people. A big thank you to him for the warm welcome! 😊
12/08/2026: I stopped by the tobacconist and was pleasantly surprised by the service. The young man who served me, who must have been around 16 or 17 years old, was incredibly helpful, friendly, kind, and smiling. He took the time to give me all the information I needed and was very attentive.
It's really nice to see such a polite and professional young person. Well done to him, he deserves to be commended! 😊

06/06/2026: A hotel offering a family-friendly, peaceful atmosphere, a fresh breakfast, and a beautiful location for nature lovers. The restaurant is also a great place to enjoy a delicious meal after exploring the coast. And the welcome is truly warm; we will gladly return.
03/06/2026: A very nice hotel and restaurant. We received a friendly welcome. The hotel has a bicycle storage room with charging facilities for e-bikes and all the necessary tools for minor repairs.
The cuisine is regional and highly recommended.

25/08/2026: I ate there with my family. The place is very welcoming, the staff are polite and pleasant. I'm including a picture of my meal (it was delicious). On top, there's a cold egg yolk which adds freshness to the dish. The restaurant also offers an electronic menu on a tablet (which lists allergens) and a physical menu for those who prefer traditional menus.
24/08/2026: I ordered two pizzas and a dessert to go. I placed the order on their website, and everything was perfect! They even arrived a little early, and the meal was excellent; everything was fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this place and will definitely order again!
After picking up some bread and pastries from the bakery, I noticed they were just as good as the pizzas I had the day before! A big thank you for the quality of your products, which is so rare these days. It was a real treat!

20/08/2026: We went there one evening during peak hours with my husband and our two-and-a-half-year-old daughter.
The welcome and service were excellent! The servers were very friendly, attentive, and took great care of our daughter!
Two minor drawbacks: - the wait for our food (40 minutes), which is understandable given the rush, but keeping a two-and-a-half-year-old entertained can be difficult...
- the mussels were quite sandy... (I think they weren't washed thoroughly enough).
But otherwise, we had a wonderful family meal! The portions were generous and delicious 😊
20/08/2026: Our order was indeed forgotten, but the staff were very responsive and particularly kind. For lovers of extra-thin crust, this is the restaurant to go for. The pizzas are good, perhaps a little too salty depending on the toppings chosen (Pizza Lino). Quick service and a warm welcome!

It's the start of the season, it's June 28th, and there are tourists in La Tranche-sur-Mer. I arrive at 9 pm and Les Îles is closed. It's disappointing and a shame because the ice cream is amazing!!!
I'm leaving without having been able to eat one of my favorite ice creams 😌

15/08/2026: We ordered Oreo-flavored ice cream that didn't taste like Oreo, and the speculoos ice cream that tasted like cinnamon—it ruined everything. To top it off, the cotton candy ice cream had huge chunks of sugar.
03/08/2026: The ice cream is acceptable, and the topping options are really cool. It's missing a star simply because one of our ice creams came in a very small container, which ruined the experience as the sauce settled at the bottom, making it almost impossible to mix with the rest. Furthermore, such a high price for ice cream with so little flavor is unacceptable.

We ate there while passing through.
I'm being polite, but the meal gets a 0/20.
Meat reheated in the microwave.
Fries inedible, hard, black, microwaved.
Fish cooked in the microwave and undercooked, barely defrosted.
Even the toilets weren't clean.
My advice: run far, far away.
To answer your question, I'm a chef in a bistro-style restaurant, and I can tell you that your filet mignon was anything but low-temperature cooked. Low-temperature cooking results in flavorful meat that can be cut without a knife. Your filet was tough, dry, and inedible! No offense...
12/01/2026: We had an excellent meal, a lunch for two, right in the middle of the Christmas holidays.
Very good value for money.
Perfect welcome and service.
We are not hotel guests.
I recommend the restaurant.
