Le Gorille sur Saint-Tropez

Simple and affordable meals, considering what you'd find in St. Tropez. An omelet, salad, and a glass of wine was exactly what I was looking for—a light lunch that I enjoyed. €19.50 is reasonable. It was quite busy at the beginning of September, but I was served quickly.

A welcoming place, lovely service!!! A special mention for Erika who greets us with a big smile that makes you want to come back every day!!! Looking forward to seeing her again next year Date of visit: August 2026

This is a great little bolt hole if you need to eat something reasonable in the midst all the craziness of the St Tropez port. You just feel grateful for some normality and the staff were friendly. It’s small which is also quite reassuring.

A little slice of authenticity on the port of Saint-Tropez, greeted with a smile compared to the surrounding establishments. The service is quick and attentive, with humor and kindness. The steak tartare is the best I've ever had, and the fries are excellent.

As I told the team This Tuesday, August 4th: For 40 years, from the North, whenever I come to St. Tropez, I go to Le Gorille. As always, we had a great lunch. Small restaurant/bar well located on the port, good welcome and service, and always an excellent beef tartare! Very good value for money. Congratulations!

A much more welcoming and pleasant team than last year. Always a pleasure to have a Casa at aperitif time. In one of the few places in St. Tropez that has remained authentic.

Gorille is a true delight! Ideally located for experiencing the Saint-Tropez lifestyle. The welcome is always warm, both at lunchtime and in the evening. The service is discreet. You feel right at home at Gorille. I particularly love their salads and especially their steak tartare. I adore the gentle evening breeze and Erika's delightful hospitality.

A rare find in St Tropez, this place has retained its authentic soul at reasonable prices with friendly, genuine, and unpretentious service. Long live the Gorilla!
