No frills, no complicated presentation! But tasty food and reasonable prices! And a down-to-earth owner who runs the place despite her age and who will happily chat with you about her early days in Sartène! Go there, it's Corsica! 👌

Excellent food, the wild boar stew was fabulous. Josette, the owner (83 years old!), works alone, putting her heart and soul into it, and her good humor is contagious. A wonderful encounter and a beautiful place. I highly recommend it.

Top-notch! No frills. Almost entirely homemade. A lot of people at the table, which speaks volumes. Our young neighbors at the next table had also been there the day before...!!!! We thoroughly enjoyed the wild boar and tripe. We'll definitely be back! Have a great season!

A simple, small, family-run restaurant, managed by a very kind and generous lady. The homemade cannelloni with bruccio cheese was delicious... a truly wonderful discovery. Highly recommended.

Excellent home-style cooking with typical Corsican dishes like the delicious tripe we order every time we visit this restaurant. The owner serves alone, but here they take the time to chat and enjoy the atmosphere.

17/05/2026: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A wonderful, indulgent break! Passing through Sartène, we stopped at Café de la Victoire and it was a delightful surprise. The ice creams are absolutely delicious, homemade (from Maison Salage in St. Florent), and generously portioned. What really makes them stand out is their presentation: they are beautifully arranged and served in very pretty bowls that are mouthwatering as soon as they arrive at the table. The setting is pleasant and the welcome is warm. A must-visit for a sweet treat in the most Corsican of Corsican towns. I highly recommend it!
14/05/2026: After strolling through the narrow streets of Sartène, we found this ice cream shop in the main square. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the ice cream, made with fresh fruit, was simply divine!
