Great restaurant, a very traditional family-run establishment. You'll be served by Josette, an 83-year-old who's in excellent health, always smiling, and loves to share her knowledge and experience.
I highly recommend this restaurant; you won't be disappointed, and it's excellent value for money. It's not a tourist trap.

An exceptional place!
Fresh, entirely homemade dishes that, for me, capture all the flavors of a true Italian *mamma's* cooking. Every bite is a delight.
Without hesitation, this is the best place I've discovered since arriving in Corsica. A real gem!

An establishment just the way we like them, authentic. Josette, 83 years old, takes the time to tell us about her life, her famous encounters, and her pride (with photos to prove it) in the good old days when she was the only and first female restaurateur in Sartène.
Delicious home-style cooking. A lovely, simple moment, far from the tourist traps.

And a down-to-earth owner who runs the place despite her age and who will happily chat with you about her early days in Sartène!

Excellent food, the wild boar stew was fabulous.
Josette, the owner (83 years old!), works alone, putting her heart and soul into it, and her good humor is contagious. A wonderful encounter and a beautiful place. I highly recommend it.

Top-notch! No frills. Almost entirely homemade. A lot of people at the table, which speaks volumes. Our young neighbors at the next table had also been there the day before...!!!!
We thoroughly enjoyed the wild boar and tripe. We'll definitely be back! Have a great season!
