Absolutely fantastic! Authentic Corsican cuisine just the way we like it. Josette is lovely, as is her attentive waitress! It's the only restaurant that introduced us to local Corsican specialties, and at a very reasonable price 🥰

Great restaurant, a very traditional family-run establishment. You'll be served by Josette, an 83-year-old who's in excellent health, always smiling, and loves to share her knowledge and experience.
I highly recommend this restaurant; you won't be disappointed, and it's excellent value for money. It's not a tourist trap.

An exceptional place!
Fresh, entirely homemade dishes that, for me, capture all the flavors of a true Italian *mamma's* cooking. Every bite is a delight.
Without hesitation, this is the best place I've discovered since arriving in Corsica. A real gem!

An establishment just the way we like them, authentic. Josette, 83 years old, takes the time to tell us about her life, her famous encounters, and her pride (with photos to prove it) in the good old days when she was the only and first female restaurateur in Sartène.
Delicious home-style cooking. A lovely, simple moment, far from the tourist traps.
