You absolutely must stop at this restaurant 😊 The food is excellent, the dishes are homemade, the veal stew is perfectly slow-cooked, and the wild boar with chestnuts is a real treat. Everything is superb, and Josette and her grandson give us a wonderful welcome.
Thank you for everything, and we hope you continue to delight our taste buds for many years to come.

Josette and her grandson are charming. A warm welcome and great kindness. They gave excellent advice on choosing dishes. Everything is homemade and has a wonderful local flavor. (At 83, Josette is still cooking her traditional dishes!) I personally enjoyed a wild boar stew – absolutely delicious! This place is definitely worth a visit.
We hope she can continue cooking for many years to come.
This will remain a memorable experience for us in Sartène.

Absolutely fantastic! Authentic Corsican cuisine just the way we like it. Josette is lovely, as is her attentive waitress! It's the only restaurant that introduced us to local Corsican specialties, and at a very reasonable price 🥰
