Great place to eat Reunion Island in Paris On the other hand, in terms of cuisine, it’s more Indian or Mauritian than Reunionese. In the samosas the stuffing is typical Indian or Mauritian, the same for the massalé It's very good

We had a very good evening there, the dishes are tasty and well seasoned, the team is smiling and very welcoming. Despite all this, the prices are a little too high for a restaurant that doesn't look like much.

Brought my parents to Paris for the first time and they agreed to try some of the highest rated restaurants during our stay. We decided to try Le Goyavier as one of our stops, and they did not disappoint. We all absolutely LOVED the food. We asked for our food to be a bit spicy and the Chef did not disappoint. The spice level was perfect and complemented the flavors perfectly. The rice and beans mixed with the various salsas that came standard with every table was an absolute masterpiece. I have never tasted such a blend of spice and flavor when it came to Rice and Beans. The Curry pork and Chicken Masala was absolutely wonderful. Our party was extremely satisfied after our meal; however, we were introduced to their Potatoe Cake which was outstanding. It was moist and mixing it with ice cream was a wonderful idea because it worked so well together. We also tried the Ginger Rum, which was candied ginger mix with rum; my wife absolutely loved this drink. Le Goyavier has been the highlight of our Paris trip. We will definitely return the next time we are in Paris.

J’y vais depuis des années et c’est toujours excellent! Je suis réunionnaise par mon père et le goût des plat est le même que chez ma grand mère la bas! Toujours servi en quantité généreuse je suis toujours en joie de repartir avec mon petit doggybag. C’est petit, certes pas top en terme de déco mais on en ressort avec une impression d’avoir été hors du temps. Je conseille +++ Le monsieur est tjs très genril
