EXCELLENT ! Nothing to say except that we ate like KINGS! A varied and quality aperitif board to share, a dish (casollete from the sea) as qualitative as it is quantitative and a dessert (crème brûlée) as successful as the whole meal! All this presented in a surprising way each time the waitresses came who were very nice! Honestly the best restaurant I've been to by far. If you pass through Chaumont, it is your DUTY to stop in this place whose atmosphere is pleasant and which, for sure, will not disappoint you on ANY point! Not even on the bill because frankly the quality/price ratio is INCREDIBLE! I will come back very soon and I recommend this establishment 10,000%!

A very beautiful place in Chaumont, we had a great time. Hearty but refined dishes, friendly and fast service, the meal was flawless from start to finish. 6 stars for us.

Excellent !!! Very hearty. Reading the menu you expect simple dishes but surprise when the plate arrives it is refined like foie gras accompanied by roasted apples and orange. The beef fillet is cooked to perfection and super tender, the accompanying sauce is homemade. The service is smiling with a touch of discretion. In short, perfect. Very good value for money. We'll come back.

Nous sommes des habitués du restaurant. Les plats y sont en général très bons. Déçu de notre dernier passage (quelques erreurs de commande) + aucun geste commercial ne serait que sur le café, alors que nous venons très régulièrement.
