30/08/2026: Tonight, I placed an Uber Eats order totaling €34. Two items were missing from both Happy Meals: the two portions of baby apples. When I called the restaurant, the response was simple: "You'll have to contact Uber Eats." Yet, Uber Eats handles the delivery. It's the restaurant that prepares the order and is responsible for verifying that all the items are present before handing the bag to the delivery driver. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've noticed omissions in my orders from this establishment. The problems keep recurring, and nothing seems to be improving. The most unpleasant aspect is the manager's attitude, who gave no impression whatsoever of caring about customer satisfaction. No regrets were expressed, no apologies were offered, and there was no willingness to acknowledge the mistake. An apology would have been the bare minimum. Two missing items may seem insignificant, but they were included in children's meals and were paid for. A customer is entitled to receive their entire order. Disappointing service, inadequate order verification, and non-existent complaint handling.

30/08/2026: Arrived at the drive-thru at 8:15 PM this evening, served at 8:57 PM. I ate a fry straight from the drive-thru, dry and cold. I had already called about the quality of the fries. It's becoming tiresome; we pay for a minimum level of quality. A large potato wedge that looked more like a small portion... No sauce for the nuggets. What can I say? The wait is understandable; forgetting the sauces, well, we paid for it, it should be our due, but mistakes happen. However, what can we say about the cold fries that were barely served or the small quantity of potato wedges...
