Le Grand Banc sur Pessac

We had a very good meal, and the service was quick and pleasant. The only downside is that the restaurant's name isn't visible from the road (at night), so it's not easy to find at first.

We came here today with my wife after a visit to the university hospital. A few years ago, friends had mentioned this restaurant and their hand-cut steak tartare. Excellent preparation: everything was just right for a perfect flavor combination. Choice of sides: fries, mashed potatoes, vegetables, salad, or rice Everything is homemade I highly recommend it; we thoroughly enjoyed it. To answer a previous comment: the sign is clearly visible, and we know it's a restaurant :)
